| Next Rehearsal/Schedule Wednesday February 20th Crew 6:00 Actors/Musicians 6:30 An email will be sent out tomorrow for what we’ll work before we start the show. Thursday February 21st Crew 6:00 Actors/Musicians 6:30 We typically have a preview on this night Ron will tell us definitively if we will tomorrow, feel free to invite people, but please don’t post on facebook and such. Friday February 22nd Opening night! Crew 6:00 Cast/Musicians 6:30 Party in the tin barn on the rehearsal stage afterwards, there will be food, and booze and the audience is invited. Please attend so they can applaud you in person. |

| Sounds/Lights/Special FX Can you add a little blue upstage to 244, not much I have cue 78 in two places can you tell me where it’s supposed to go? Batteries in targets and please calibrate 265.25 (possibly needs to be re-numbered to fit in the sequence better) (that might be the number) we should look at the sequence of 266.1 thru 267 Need to reroute the extension cord so that if falls off of the back of the platform and gets dressed better Need a black out for after act one. |

| Actors Thanks so much all, what a show you have put together! Thanks for the care in the dressing rooms, they look really good. We will have bins on Sunday for washing. Most everything can be washed, except we will not do tights or socks. Or ironing, and this is for your own good, as I stick at ironing. Those of you who are getting mail, please wait for Bill to hand it to you or he could lose the whole stack. Please remember to get me your costume sheets, so I can make copies. Please watch for the washing machine migration, the ladies need to be able to skirt around it. |
